Who's Alex?

In 2014, Alex decided to focus on his health and quit partying. Struggling with yo-yo dieting and exercise regimes, he often found himself back at square one, grappling with weight gain and injuries. The turning point came in 2019 with Paul Chek’s book "How to Eat, Move, and Be Healthy," which introduced him to a holistic approach to health. This was the clarity Alex needed to understand and implement true lifestyle change.

Embracing this holistic philosophy, Alex witnessed significant improvements in his mental, physical, and emotional health. He incorporated tai chi and meditation, feeling a profound connection with the world around him. His diet transitioned to nutrient-rich and balanced meals, complemented by functional exercises, leading to natural weight loss and muscle gain. Through these changes, Alex realized the importance of a balanced approach to health and well-being.

In 2020, Alex deepened his commitment to holistic living by training with the CHEK Institute. Here, he learned to coach through mental blocks and perform comprehensive health assessments. This training was instrumental in refining his approach to lifestyle change, both for himself and others. The philosophy "How you do anything affects how you do everything" became his guiding principle, emphasizing the need for consistency across all life areas.

Alex’s early life experiences cultivated empathy and effective communication. His training equipped him with tools to guide holistic, sustainable lifestyle changes. Alex's story is a testament to the transformative power of holistic health and how personal growth can lead to sharing his knowledge professionally.
